Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AED)
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders submitted on non-business days will begin processing on the following business day.
All orders require a standard 1–3 business days for processing. This includes order confirmation, inventory verification, product preparation, and dispatch arrangements.
We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping services are not available outside Australia at this time.
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier scheduling.
Orders of 150 EUR or more (including 150 EUR) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below 150 EUR are subject to a 5.99 EUR shipping fee.
The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the carrier name and tracking number for delivery monitoring.

If your product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly and provide relevant photos and order information. We will assist in resolving the matter.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes to shipping details or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are required.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Please inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If visible damage is found, note it at the time of delivery and retain photographic evidence. If no issue is reported upon acceptance, the package will be considered received in satisfactory condition.
